The Social Partners in the Swedish central government administration

The social partners with regards to central government employment are:

The Swedish Agency for Government Employers (SAGE): represents approximately 230 central government agencies as employer.
The Public Employees’ Negotiation Council/Civil servants, Police, Officers (OFR/S, P, O): has approximately 95,000 members employed in the central government administration and negotiates collectively for 8 unions.
The Confederation of Professional Associations–central government (Saco-S): has approximately 86,000 members employed in the central government administration and negotiates collectively for more than 20 unions.
The Union of Service and Communication Employees (Seko): has approximately 12,000 members employed in the central government and negotiates only for itself.
