Lesson 3 – Three levels of conflict

In the third lesson of the training course, Thomas Jordan talks about the underlying causes of conflicts.

He believes that one can see conflicts from three different levels: the individual, the relationship, and the system. How significant to the cause of a conflict are things that occur at each level? What measures does one need to take at the different levels?
