An organizational diagnosis is a good way to get a clear picture of the characteristics and themes in the organization that can cause conflicts.
Thomas Jordan explains how to make an organizational diagnosis.
To help you, there is a checklist and worksheet to be filled in with red and green pens.
Begin by working in small groups, but finish with a discussion that includes the entire group.
Discuss whether there are themes that can create conflicts in your workplace. Use the questions in the checklist to better understand potential themes.
Use the red and green pens as needed. Use red to indicate that there is room for improvement, and green to indicate things that are working well.
The exercise will take approximately 40 minutes to complete. Use the timer to keep track of the time.
